We have just taken delivery of 100kg of organic blood oranges.
Ready to distil next week, the oranges will be placed into our orange spirit in nets along with organic coffee beans. Over three months the spirit will age in our two 400 litre oak casks, adopting the flavour and colour of the blood oranges.
All accounted for, the finished product should be bottled (at 25%) and ready for sale before Easter. We hope you’re as excited as us!
