March 1st is the official press launch of our new Seaweed Gin.
Crafted to compliment seafood, we've had raving reviews from local and celebrity chefs across the country.
We reduced the number of botanicals from our small batch gin, and introduced some that are commonly associated with seafood, mixing herbs and spices in with our spirit. The gin was then infused for three weeks with fresh seaweed from the local Newquay coast.
Ideal for use in cooking (see the seaweed gin page for recipes) or as a compliment to any seafood dish, we would even recommend drinking it straight from an oyster shell!
