Classic Rum Sour
You can’t go wrong with this cocktail, and Dà Mhìle Organic Rum makes the best sour going!
Ingredients
50ml Dà Mhìle Organic Rum
25ml lime juice
25ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
Dash of Angostura bitters
Equipment
Cocktail shaker
Hawthorne shaker
Rocks glass
Method
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass and serve with a ribbon of lime peel
