‘Dark Skies’ & Stormy
A Dà Mhìle twist on the classic ‘Dark ’n Stormy’ - a delicious, easy-to-make cocktail that features a refreshing trio of rum, ginger beer and lime.
Ingredients
6 lime wedges
200ml ginger beer
1 lime slice to garnish
Method
Add 6 lime wedges to a tall glass and muddle
Fill the glass with ice and top with Dà Mhìle ‘Dark Skies’ Rum and ginger beer
Use a bar spoon to combine ingredients
Garnish with a slice of lime
