Oak-Aged Gin Old-Fashioned

A healthy measure of earthy Dà Mhìle Oak-Aged Gin with a few dashes of bitters and sugar syrup. Incredibly simple, equally classic and, with the right gin, incredibly tasty!

  • Muddler or bar spoon

Method

  • Add simple sugar syrup to a glass with a couple of dashes of bitters

  • Place a large ice cube in your glass and stir to combine

  • Top with a Dà Mhìle Oak-Aged Gin and a twist of orange

    peel
