Oak, Orange and Ginger Sour
A twist on a classic, the oak, orange and ginger adding a gorgeous warming flavour to a classic cocktail.
Ingredients
35ml freshly squeezed orange juice
12.5ml Orange and Ginger syrup
1 egg white
Equipment
Cocktail shaker
Hawthorne shaker
Rocks glass
Method
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass and serve
