Rum & Coke Float
All the nostalgia of a ‘Coke Float’ with a grown-up twist.
Ingredients
2 lime wedges
200ml cola (we use Fevertree Madagascan Cola)
Generous scoop of vanilla ice cream
Method
Fill your glass with ice, add a health squeeze of lime and pour over Dà Mhìle ‘Dark Skies’ Rum
Top with cola and a big, creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream
Garnish with a slice of lime and enjoy!
