The release of our first batch of Welsh whisky officially made Wales a whisky producing nation. The second batch is also destined for greatness. Aged for four years in Sherry casks, it is light amber in colour and has a soft heat and sweet vanilla flavours throughout.
With individually numbered bottles, this is one to add to your collection. Last year's batch flew off the shelves so order soon!
Mrs Peter Bee Cocktail
60ML Dà Mhìle Oak-Aged Gin
20ML Dà Mhìle Orange 33 Liqueur
1 bar spoon of Agave syrup (you can omit this if you don’t want it too sweet)
Stir down and strain into a cup. Garnish with a twist of orange.
45ml Dà Mhìle Sloe Gin
30ml Dà Mhìle Botanical Gin
22.5ml Red Vermouth (Martini Rosso will do)
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with Orange
45ml Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin
22.5ml dry Vermouth (I used Dolin)
15ml Tio Pepe Sherry
7.5ml Dà Mhìle Orange 33
1 dash Angastoura bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a dried bay leaf, which will give it a nice warming spicy herbal scent as you drink (think bonfire night and burning leaves).
- 50ml Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin
- 10 ml Dry Vermouth
Mix ingredients in shaker. Mix, pour and enjoy!
