Ingredients

• 50ml Dà Mhìle Oak Aged Gin

• 40ml Orange and Ginger Tonic Syrup

• 100ml Soda water

Equipment

• Highball glass

Method

• Make an orange and ginger tonic syrup 3 days in advance

• Fill the highball glass with ice cube and add a large measure of Dà Mhìle Oak Aged Gin and top with tonic water

• Stir in 40ml of the flavoured tonic syrup and finish with a curl of orange peel to garnish
