A Welsh twist on an English Classic. Fresh with the flavours of summer, this gin-based cocktail is perfect for a garden party using either Dà Mhìle Organic Gin or Seaweed Gin.
Ingredients
50ml Dà Mhìle Organic Gin or
50ml Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin
25ml elderflower cordial
Sparkling apple juice
Rosemary sprig
Cucumber twist

Method
Add Dà Mhìle Organic/Seaweed Gin, elderflower cordial and ice to a tall glass and muddle
Top with sparkling apple juice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a twist of cucumber
