Sloe Days
Similar to a martini, celebrating our fruity spirits, in a flute!
Ingredients
50ml Dà Mhìle Sloe Gin
10ml Honey syrup/agave syrup
10ml Fresh lime juice
10ml Dry vermouth
Equipment
Champagne flute
Cocktail shaker
Cocktail strainer
Method
Fill a flute glass with ice and water and set a side to chill.
Add the Dà Mhìle Sloe Gin and apple brandy with the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well for 10 seconds.
Empty the flute glass of ice and double/fine strain the drink into the glass
Garnish with a frozen sloe berry
