Our Apple Brandy is as close as you can get to a traditional Calvados, we just can’t call it that! We distil organic cider and then age it in traditional Bordeaux casks. The barrel ageing rounds the spirit to give it softer fruit flavours and a rich deep colour, while still maintaining aspects of the crisp apple freshness found in a continental schnapps.
