42% ABV. Our organic Welsh Apple Brandy is crafted as close as you can get to a traditional French Calvados. We distil local cider once, then mature it in traditional Bordeaux casks. This barrel-ageing rounds the spirit to deliver complex, full-bodied orchard fruit flavours with a rich deep colour, subtly balanced by a delicate hint of tannin from the oak.
