Oak-Aged Gin
42% ABV.
Aged in ex Bourbon barrels, when our grain whisky is bottled, we mature this gin in them for 6 months. During that time it takes on some of the flavour and colour to create a truly unique gin. The subtle juniper, fresh herb and spice flavours in the gin paired with the sweet grain whisky tones from the barrel make for an exciting fusion.
Serving suggestions
Drink it by itself, as you would a whisky, with ice and add a slice of ginger or orange to taste
