Tasting Notes

Colour:
Rich, yellow-gold.

Nose:
Pronounced sweetcorn, toffee, and delicate light fruit esters, showcasing the expressive character of the grain.

Palate:
Smooth and warming, with an initial burst of popcorn and burnt sugar that gradually reveals the core grains character. Sweet grain and subtle husk notes are complemented by hints of peppercorn and allspice, building to a rich, layered experience.

Finish:
A long, buttered-toast finish that slowly fades to a soft, buttery sweetness.

-Light Oak

-Prominent husk

-Salted Butter

-Hints of apple esters
