Bring a little of Dà Mhìle Distillery into your own home with a 20 or 30 litre mini cask of exclusive Dà Mhìle Organic Single Malt Welsh Whisky.

The mature whisky selected for our Mini Casks is exclusive to this offer and is not destined for our standard bottled range. Your whisky will already be fully matured and ready to drink, but your own mini cask gives you the opportunity to develop its character further at home — tasting it along the way and deciding when it's just right for you.

Simply choose your cask size — 20 or 30 litres — and we'll select the mature Organic Single Malt Welsh Whisky for your cask from stock reserved specifically for the Mini Cask offer.

Delivered Ready for You to Fill

For safe and practical delivery, your whisky will be supplied in 5-litre containers, together with your mini cask.

Once it arrives, simply transfer the whisky into your cask and your home-ageing experience can begin. Over time, the whisky will interact with the wood, allowing its flavour, aroma and character to continue developing.

Your order will normally be delivered within 1–2 months of ordering.

Keep your mini cask and receive 10% off a future Dà Mhìle whisky refill, giving you the opportunity to use your cask again and continue exploring how its character develops.

If you no longer wish to keep your cask, simply contact us and we'll provide a return shipping label.

Once your empty cask has been returned to Dà Mhìle Distillery and checked to ensure it is in suitable condition, we'll send you a complimentary 70cl bottle of our latest Dà Mhìle Single Malt Welsh Whisky.

Please Note

Mini casks can influence the character of whisky considerably faster than traditional full-size casks, so we recommend tasting your whisky periodically as it develops rather than ageing it for a predetermined length of time.

Cask and whisky availability may vary. The specific whisky supplied and its ABV will be confirmed with your order.
