A 2-yearly release from Dà Mhìle

Part-aged in a Peated Quarter Casks and first-fill Bourbon Casks; this whisky is lightly peated and allows the grain spirit’s natural sweetness and soft character to shine.

Nose: Sweet, floral and fruity.

Mouth: Initial sweetness quickly transforms into warm spice with oak and liquorice on the edge of the tongue.

Finish: Warm, smooth and comforting - salt and smoke ride you to the end.

Nose

Soft vanilla and honeyed grains open the experience, followed by gentle coconut, toffee, and a hint of fresh oak. Over time, delicate orchard fruits and a touch of white pepper emerge, adding a subtle depth.

Palate

Silky and easy-drinking, with crème caramel, vanilla fudge, and sweet cereal notes. Light oak spice develops alongside hints of citrus zest and toasted almond, creating a gentle, layered character.

Finish

Clean and elegant, with lingering warmth from vanilla, soft spice, and a creamy sweetness that invites the next sip.
