Only 200 individually numbered 70cl bottles are available in the complete release. Newsletter subscribers can select from bottle numbers 1–100, subject to availability.

Limited Edition: 200 x 70cl (numbered).

Maturation: Tokaji, Port, Muscat.

Distilled & Casked: October 2018.

Single Batch Bottling: 2026 - 70cl, 35cl & 5cl @ 46% ABV.

The organic barley for this release was grown in the UK and harvested in the Autumn of 2017. Our master distiller then expertly fermented, distilled and casked this “new spirit” in October 2018.

A truly unique whisky that started its maturation in a Tokaji barrel. Subsequently transferred to a Ruby Port barrel before ending its journey in a Muscat barrel.

This Triple cask maturation highlights elements of all three barrels; sweet, dried nuts and fruit from the Tokaji, wine elements from the Port and spice from the Muscat, all combining into this wonderful dram.

Nose:

Intense sweetness of toasted oak, caramelised plumb tart and warm maple syrup. Enveloping your senses with a warmth that encourages you to sip this dram.

Palate:

Warm sweetness with toasted walnut, macadamia and dried fruit leading into classic wine barrel notes.

Finish:

After the initial palate there is a burst of spice quickly mellowing into raisin, green oak and a soothing warmth that makes you want to sit and relax.
